Cindy Laughton

Cindy Laughlin is a Human Resources executive whose career has spanned global roles at Intel, Good Technology, Genentech/Roche, and Charles Schwab. A former university professor and collegiate volleyball coach, Cindy has expanded her career into equine-facilitated learning with certification from world-renowned EFL program guide and author, Linda Kohanov (The Tao of Equus) of Eponaquest. After certification, Linda tapped Cindy to co-facilitate several EFL workshops. Cindy is trained to apply EFL principles of embodied leadership and emotional intelligence to corporate organizational development.
